YOU HAVE 28 DAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOU ITEMS. YOU SIMPLY HAVE TO DROP OFF YOUR ITEMS AT YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE OR COLLECTION POINT FOR FREE.

Sign into your J. Ottaway account and select the order number from which you would like to return or exchange.

Package your items for return back into the J. Ottaway box, fastening it securely with tape.
Stick the returns slip included in your order to the sealed J. Ottaway box.

Drop off your box at your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail collection point.

You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your return or exchange, and your refund will be processed.
If the item you want to exchange for is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded instead.
